The Green Xchange is a professional portal connecting Specialised Graduates (“Specialists”) with Industry Pioneers (“Pioneers”) for 10-hour Technical Sprints (“GreenBytes”). This pilot phase is designed to verify technical capacity and facilitate professional impact.
By submitting a Technical Pitch, the Specialist confirms that the work is their own and they possess the skills listed in their Technical Toolbox. Upon formal appointment to a GreenByte, the Specialist agrees to complete the 10-hour GreenByte and submit all technical outputs within 14 calendar days.
The EDGE Verified Seal is a discretionary professional credential. Industry Pioneers agree to review submitted technical outputs within 7 working days of receipt. The Seal is awarded only upon the Pioneer’s verification of the output and the Administrator’s final audit.
All participants agree to maintain a high standard of professional communication. The Green Xchange reserves the right to revoke access to the Gateway or the Pioneer Dashboard if conduct is deemed to fall below professional standards or if the platform is used for purposes outside of the agreed technical GreenBytes.
The Green Xchange provides the platform for this exchange but is not an employer or agent for either party. All technical work is conducted at the discretion of the Pioneer and Specialist.
